Dash-cam video shows a Florida man walking down the highway naked after he fled the scene of a crash, officials said.
The deputy arrested Humphries and placed him in the back of the patrol vehicle. Humphries then walked to the front of the deputy's patrol auto and tried to open the driver's door, which was locked.
18-year-old Andrew Humphries was stopped by an officer along South U.S. Highway 441.

At approximately 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were responding to a vehicle accident when they learned that the driver of one of the vehicles walked away.

Humphries is charged with criminal mischief with property damage of $1,000 or more and criminal mischief.
Authorities say a Florida man got out of his vehicle after a crash, stripped off his clothes, walked away from the scene and then damaged a door of the responding deputy's patrol auto. Due to his erratic behavior, Humphries was placed in handcuffs and put in the back of the deputy's patrol vehicle.
The driver was cited by the Florida Highway Patrol for careless driving.
