Star Wars: The Last Jedi tickets: Has Fandango crashed?

Fans hoping to see more of Nyong'o as her wise old CGI character will sadly be disappointed, as Johnson says her role is even smaller in The Last Jedi.

Ahead of the trailer's debut, and preorder tickets going on sale, Johnson tweeted in response to a fan's concern about whether the trailer should be avoided to keep the moviegoing experience as fresh and surprising as possible.

"Tickets to the highly anticipated cinematic event will be on sale everywhere movie tickets are sold".

"Lucasfilm announced today that the trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi will debut in the early hours of Tuesday morning in the United Kingdom", read the official press release. The film is still largely shrouded in secrecy, but Monday we may get some new clues, because a new trailer is officially dropping.

Monday night's game between the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears kicks off just after 8 p.m. on ESPN, with the trailer dropping any time after that. Maybe Trubisky will channel any frustration over being upstaged by Star Wars to have a strong National Football League debut. So you will pay a ton for the ultimate Star Wars experience, or pay very little for some free posters and merchandise.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, last year's blockbuster spinoff film, has been left off a Star Wars movie marathon event taking place in December to commemorate the arrival of The Last Jedi.

This will be the last time we will see Carrie Fisher play General Leia Organa in the galaxy far far away.

"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is set to the hit the theaters on December 15 in the U.S.
