Powerball offers two jackpot payment options: the $337 million annuity prize paid over 29 years in 30 graduated payments; or the cash option, which is approximately $210 million. Overall odds of winning are one in 305.5 million for Mega Millions, one in 292.2 million for Powerball.

In addition, Friday's Mega Millions jackpot is estimated at $306 million, with a cash option of $191 million, the lottery said. No ticket matched all six numbers drawn Tuesday night: 10, 12, 20, 38, 41, and the Mega Ball 25. That player also played the Megaplier option which increased the winnings to $4 million.

There's a Powerball drawing on Wednesday night, but the next drawing for a Mega Millions victor is on Friday.
