Five people killed in shooting at Pennsylvania auto wash

Five people were killed after a shooting at a Pennsylvania vehicle wash early Sunday morning, state police confirmed to Fox News.

WTAE reported that it happened at a self-serve auto wash in Melcroft shortly before 3 a.m.

Police would not go into details about how Smith knew the victims, but Chelsie Cline's half-sister, Sierra Kolarik, told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that Smith had developed an obsession with Cline.

An injured person was taken to a hospital, but it's not clear if that person was shot, police said.

Broadwater told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that no motive for the shooting had been determined and that there was no immediate indication of drug activity.

The shooting was the result of a domestic dispute, according to local media.

Four of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while the alleged shooter is reportedly on life support at a hospital; all the victims were in their 20s and 30s, the news station reported. There's no word if the shooter was one of the deceased but sources say there is no immediate threat to the public.

Broadwater also told the newspaper that two of the victims were discovered inside a green pickup truck, while two others were found dead outside in the carwash parking lot.

A sixth person was found alive and is hospitalized.
