Q for solution of Kashmir issue as per United Nations resolutions

Protest rally was held at Public Park in Sibi on Kashmir Solidarity Day under the leadership of the district chairman, Malik Qayem udin Dheyal against the oppression of Kashmiri brothers.

The event was organized by Kashmir Council Europe (KC-EU) in order to express solidarity with people of Kashmir suffering from crimes committed by Indian occupation forces for the last seven decades.

Referring to the future of South Asia and Kashmir dispute, the Speaker remarked that peace in South Asia will remain elusive when world's so-called largest democracy unleash brute force against the people of Kashmir.

In a statement issued to KNS, JKDFP said that party's incarcerated chief Shabir Ahmad Shah has always appreciated the support of Pakistan towards the freedom struggle of Kashmiri people at diplomatic, political and moral fronts.

Pakistan has called on the worldwide community to pressure India to end its brutalities and gross human rights violations in the occupied Kashmir. By condemning the genocide of Kashmiris committed by Indian Occupation forces, the participants also paid great tribute to the fearless people of the valley.

The embassy of Pakistan in Tehran observed Kashmir Solidarity Day on Monday to express unity with the Kashmiri people who have always been struggling for self-determination in northern India.

"Kashmir and Palestine are the two oldest issues on the UN agenda and UN resolutions on the Kashmir issue clearly state that the Kashmiri people will decide their fate in a UN supervised plebiscite".

People of Kashmir are struggling peacefully for the right to self-determination which was promised by the global community. He added that Pakistan is a voice of the oppressed Kashmiris and will continue to stand with the Kashmiri brethren through every thick and thin.
