Earlier, half-centuries from opener Kusal Mendis and Kusal Perera powered Sri Lanka to 214 for six against Bangladesh in the third Twenty20 worldwide of the Nidahas tri-series in Colombo on Saturday. Pandey hit an unbeaten 42 from 31 balls and Karthik was 39 not out as India recovered from 4-85 to win by six wickets. The hosts started on a steady note but when the scoreboard was reading 25 in three overs, opener Danushka Gunathilaka (17) was dismissed by pacer Shardul Thakur.
