SB Nation's Marc Raimondi reports NYPD said there is no active warrant for McGregor's arrest at this time. He described the incident as "a real bad career move" and speculated that McGregor would be facing a lawsuit.

But Khabib Nurmagomedov is set to face current featherweight champion Max Holloway for McGregor's belt this weekend at UFC 223.

A logical answer would be the victor of Saturday's main event between lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov and current featherweight titleholder Max Holloway. He took time off to await the birth of his son, Conor Jack, and lost to Floyd Mayweather Jr.in his professional boxing debut last August.

"They call and they say he can not make weight, something like this, I'm not sure 100 percent".
