For connectivity, the device supports Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, dual-frequency GPS, USB Type-C, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, A-GPS, GLONASS among others. There is no 6GB RAM or 256GB storage version in the Mi 8 Explorer variant.
The Explorer Edition features a number of experimental new features, including a see-through glass back, a pressure-sensitive fingerprint scanner built into the display and an iPhone X-esque face unlock using infrared light.

The Mi 8 Explorer Edition is the most expensive model out of all three and comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard memory. The device will also come with water resistance to a depth of up to 50m, and a hefty 20-day battery life, and will cost you a paltry RMB170 ($27).
Honor 10 is priced at Rs 32,999 and can be bought exclusively via Flipkart and the company's online store.
Aside from these, the Mi 8 will also come with a fingerprint sensor in the back and a shiny new dual-frequency Global Positioning System sensor that Xiaomi claims will boost accuracy and signal reception. The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE features a 5.88-inch display, but it's still AMOLED. The Mi 8 SE is the first phone to come with this chip, which is supposed to deliver a 30 percent battery consumption improvement compared to the Snapdragon 660.
