Official Video of Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Is Leaked

Posted August 06, 2018

However, in an accidental release by Samsung New Zealand, an unfinished Galaxy Note 9 introduction video appeared briefly on YouTube.

Samsung released an official image of the gadget on which it is shown from the back side. As we already know, there is a horizontal dual camera setup on the back like the one on Note 8, but the fingerprint placement is different this time. Samsung is boasting an all-day battery with the Note 9 and it is expected to pack a huge 4000mAh battery.

Both phones will offer wireless charging, fast charging, a USB-C port and a 3.5mm audio port, and both come with an IP68 rating for dust and waterproofing.

The 30-second video showcases the new S Pen in the Yellow color just like the recent teasers. It could also launch its new Galaxy Watch at the conference.

One key difference with the Note 9, as every year, will be the inclusion of an integrated S Pen stylus that slides into the frame of the phone when it's not in use.

In terms of benchmark scores, the Exynos SoC-powered Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has received a single-core score of 2,737, while its multi-core score reached 9,064. You do, of course, also have the "leaked" aspect. The precise mAh measure is not mentioned in the video, but this should serve as evidence that the Note 9 will be getting a bigger battery compared to its predecessor.
