Nintendo Switch was the top-selling console in the U.S. previous year

Despite the Switch's huge success - where it was recently revealed as the best-selling console in America during 2018 and outsold the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One combined in December - that goal is still considered a stretch by most analysts.
