Idrissa Gana Gueye is attempting to secure a move away from Everton to Paris St. Germain, but the Toffees are expected to reject any advances for the midfielder.

Gueye was the subject of bids from the Ligue 1 champions before Thursday's deadline, but Everton were able to keep the midfielder.

Idrissa Gueye has handed in a transfer request at Everton.

"From a technical point of view, as a manager, he is a really important player for us, and he is one player we don't think to lose in this market".

Gueye has continued to push for a move but his entourage believe if PSG do not put in an offer around the €35m mark, Everton will not sell.
